Philips 12 Ft Extra Long 3.5mm AV-Cable for Dual-Screen, Portable DVD Player

I bought a set of 2 fangor portable DVD players for the long car rides we always take. One works without any cords as long as it's charged but the other only works if it's connected to the main one.... it needs this cord plus another. The one that came with the set was cheap and wires started showing not long after. I searched and searched and wasn't sure if this would work or not, but it fits and works perfectly. I have 2 happy little girls again 💓 it seems like it's good quality and will last too. The only downside, which isn't their fault, is the length is way too long for what I needed.. but I'd rather have extra cord instead of not enough.

Works perfectly to connect a second screen to a portable dvd player in the car.

We love our DVD player (http://www.amazon.com/Philips-PD9012-37-9-Inch-Portable/dp/B003ES54BU/ref=pd_sxp_f_pt) for long car trips, but kids kick when they're bored and had broken the 6 foot AV cord that came with it by kicking the cord out of place. We had to pop the screen cover off to get the broken tip out, and couldn't find a new cord to replace it (regular AV cords don't work - see the three black stripes on the metal tip? Most cords only have two). This one DOES work, and it's twice as long, so we'll be able to stretch it between rows in the minivan and have enough slack leftover that the kicking won't break things. We've only used it once so far, but I know we'll be thankful for it come summer road trip season!

Works as expected. I can't really speak to durability so I just put 3 stars. It seems durable, but I've only had it for a week. I use it to connect my Fatshark FPV goggles to my ground station.

I bought this connection cord for my kids' portable DVD players when we went on a road trip to Texas at Christmas. It worked wonderfully! They were able to watch the same DVD on 2 separate players. It works with this player that I bought on Amazon: HD JUNTUNKOR 12.5" Portable DVD Player with 5 Hrs Rechargeable Battery, Unique Design for Dual Use Purpose, 10.1" HD Swivel Screen, Car Headrest Case, Remote Control, Car Charger, USB/SD Card Reader. Just remember you have to change the settings on the player to make it work properly. Whichever DVD player has the disc in it - this cord is plugged into the AV OUT on that player, and the AV IN on the other player, if that makes sense.

Over 7 years this 1/4" audio cable is still in use. No breaks, no defects -- perfect craftsmanship! These interface my VR helmet with the default PC audio jack. Excellent cable length which is especially useful with a VR helmet.

I bought the Philips DVD players since I upgraded to a 2015 Kia Sedona and I was to cheap to buy the $1000 DVD player option. So, I needed a longer cord to hookup the already owned DVD players to the van. This cord did the trick. From the van "trunk"'s DC power outlet this cord easily hid under the floor mats under the third row seats up to the second row seats to power the DVD player. There was about 3 feet of extra room also. So by 12 feet it mean 12 feet. Overall, just what I expected and we have been using this cord for about two months before the review without a problem. Works great!

I'm giving this item three stars only because the seller answered questions incorrectly regarding whether this item works with a dual screen sylvania DVD player. It does not. It's the right type of cord but the wrong size. The sylvania player requires a size larger than 3.5 mm. It's very frustrating because this is the second time I've purchased the wrong cord for the DVD player, both times because of misinformation given by individuals who should know what they're talking about. Note: I have no idea of the quality of this item when used with a compatible device. PWR+, please correct the answers you gave regarding whether this works with sylvania players. It does not.

acheté pour faire la liaison audio/vidéo entre 2 écrans dvd portables, car mon câble avait rendu l'âme ... Parfait, fonctionne très bien, même avec mes écrans qui ne sont pas de marque Philipps. Le câble est très long mais mieux vaut trop que pas assez ! très satisfaite de mon achat.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Pünktliche Lieferung und das Kabel funktioniert einwandfrei. Haben es für nen mobilen DVD Player mit zwei Monitoren gekauft. Beim alten war der Stecker abgebrochen. Da beide Kinder im Auto schauen wollten haben wir ein neues Kabel gebraucht.

Nos ha salvado de un viaje de diez horas de discusión de los niños. Nuestros DVDs SUME portátiles del coche, tienen la opción de reproducir por separado, o que solo reproduzca uno, y el otro DVD retransmita lo mismo. Para ello es necesario este cable de video-audio. Después de varios viajes, y los niños enredando, el original ya solo duplicaba el audio, pero no la imagen. Sólo lo hemos probado en un viaje, por lo que no sabemos cómo será de duradero... Pero es el único que hemos encontrado que fuera de audio y vídeo con estas clavijas.
