Does the hose have snap on fitting or screw on to water supply

Mine has a screw-on and it did fit, but it also has several different adapters with it. I couldn't use it because it got too hot when I used hot water... Just so you're aware.

Is it compatible with faucets w/ integral diverter unit?

I am not sure of what a integral diverter unit is, but it was able to replace an older one we had. However, I want to warn you that since it is stainless it does get hot when the hot water is being used.
