I ordered one, followed directions.....bubbles would not come out. Returned and replaced through amazon. Same issue. Their cover that you take off to put the film on the device is on so tight that their supplied pull tabs come off. Then you are trying to get that off and adhere it to the screen. This is all taking time. By this time, dust is migrating in. You have fingerprints in the edges where you tried to manipulate the thing because their cover piece sticks better than the protective film itself. Then it’s finally on. Big bubbles migrate out with ease. Small ones, not so much. Some bubbles you can’t get them out the edge of the protector, but they disappear......then they come back. What I want to know is...what is so self healing. This product is utter trash. Almost $30 for a protector that is the WORST protective film I have ever used. Unfortunately, there aren’t many choices. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Much better than OEM *by H***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 24, 2020* I ordered this after I had to get my screen replaced under warranty. My original screen had an OEM cover on it, and Onyx did not send me a replacement so I ordered the Healing Shield. Installation was as expected - more difficult than installation on a phone but not impossible. Afterward, I had a few dust specks but that is more environmental than the fault of the manufacturer. Sometimes, dust creeps in.It was much easier to get the bubbles out of the Healing Shield than the OEM screen protector, and the writing feel is a bit "smoother" than the OEM. If that is what you are looking for, then it is great - it worked for me. For sake of comparison, I would give the OEM screen protector 3 stars. All in all, a solid buy, and I am glad I made the switch.The instructions were bad, and mostly unhelpful, but it wasn't my first rodeo. Due to the size of the Max 3 screen, I stuck the protector on the top of my Max 3 first and worked fom the top down. I removed the protective film as I went down and alignment was perfect. It took me five or ten minutes to get the bubbles out, but I may have been a gentler than I needed to be. Slow and steady wins the race, and I worked the smaller bubbles into the larger ones and then pushed the larger ones out thrugh the nearest edge. Given that the Max 3's screen is plastic, I was more gentle than I would have been on a glass screen but it all worked out in the end.I hope this helps! ### ⭐ Terrible.... *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 3, 2020* Well I received this screen protector today for my Max 3 Boox. Opened it and found what appeared to be something that had already been used by someone else...
