I've tried more than one of these this seems to be the best fits very snug keeps your knee from slapping around inside very comfortable you don't even know you're wearing it hope this helps somebody 100% it's very snug great item for my knee I'm sure if you bought a small size you could probably use it say on an elbow like I said it's very comfortable hope this helps something thanks

I'm not sure how it works, but it does work. I hurt my knee several months ago, so I asked for this for Christmas. Make sure to measure the diameter of your knee, not the upper thigh like the directions say. The box clearly states to measure around your knee. Any way, I've only worn it three times for a few hours each, and my knee pain is nearly gone. I guess it could be coincidence as I rested, then started doing light rehab exercises around the same time. I'm keeping the sleeve and if I have pain, I'll be using it again. It does tend to slip down, even with the right size, but as long as it covers the knee, it should do the job.

Some days the bursitis in my left knee flairs up but I can't let that interfere with my very active workload . This is my second purchase of this sleeve as the first one eventually wore out. Now that they make it in a true XL I have the slight support I need at the end of the work day when I've been moving heavy stuff on concrete for 8 hours , or more . I use it more as a preventative than actual knee brace. When the lifting is extreme I use a more supportive brace than this one though most days I don't use either just Wednesday and Thursday as they are my busiest days and by Friday my knee is thanking me for using the Copper Fit one after lunch , at least , both days . I also use it when bicycle riding if the ride is going to be longer than an hour . I'm trying to keep the muscles around the knee strong but at the same time minimize the stress to the joints to keep the bursitis flair ups to a minimum. I carry it with me on bike rides just in case the knee gets fatigued beyond normal umcomfort . It is all day comfortable at work in the heat and humidity of a Virginia summer and also acts like a knee warmer on the counter chilier days. It wicks away moisture even better than my wicking work shirts . It you need/want light support that works year round this one isn't just some $10 gimmick. It really does make a positive difference to my knee when I use it .

I ordered 2 because I have 2 knees. 1 works fine but the other one just made a ripping sound and all the elasticity on the thigh end just went out the first time I put it on. I just got them but I guess I'll see if the other one holds up or not. The sizing chart seems spot on for me. The one that didn't break fits perfectly but if you have some thicker than average thighs this thing isn't gonna be able to tame those beasts. Edit: the other one broke only a few hours after wearing it. These are complete trash. They're comfortable and fitting on arrival, but they quickly break or lose support and start rolling up and are useless. I think the good reviews are mostly new product reviews. Any time spent with these and they will just fall apart. What a waste of money

Amazing fit, nice and tight, secure feeling. I'm a grocery store worker and am always on my feet so the knees take a beating. These definitely help in stabilizing the knees... A must have!!!!

Unfortunately, the Copper Fit Freedom Knee Compression Sleeve did not work well for me. I’ve had good experiences with other Copper Fit products, so I expected better quality. The sleeve constantly slides down and won’t stay in place, which makes it uncomfortable and ineffective to wear.

Very helpful. It works for my situation. Not saying it’ll work for everyone.

This product works. Put it in my knees before working out, does wonders. I highly recommend the copper fit knee band.

It doesn't fit it rolls down every step I take, not worth the price I want a refund.
