My favorite ThinSlimFoods item is the pizza dough..for flavor, texture, etc. But the bagels... eh. Everything is the best of, but the 'everything' part... just bits mixed in the dough. I use bagel seasoning on top of the cream cheese. I toast these... and if you refrigerate after opening, just cover one in foil, bake at ..400 for 5 minutes to steam it back to 'fresh.' It's not a bagel... doesn't taste like a bagel. It's 'like a bagel.' It's not cardboard, either. For my purposes, it's pretty good. But I prefer their honey wheat bread, pizza dough, and Linda's Delights pancakes over the bagels. So far, I haven't found a better tasting keto bagel. No carbs...no side-effects from the fiber... so it's a vehicle for cream cheese. **Q: why do you put zero net carbs on your package when this has carbs and it definitely raises your blood glucose??** A: It is zero carb in a diabetic its has 14 carbs but 14 fiber subract the fiber from the carba what do you get 0 **Q: Does it contain pysllium?** A: I just read contents on the cinnamon bagels. didn't see physllium listed.
