I don't write too many reviews on Amazon, but I had to write a review for this product. I have a KitchenAid dishwasher. The model number is KUDS30IXBT2. I purchased it in August 2011. Somehow the rinse aid dispenser cap came loose during a wash. It landed around the heating element and part of it melted. I checked at the KitchenAid website and they wanted $30 for this part, which seemed a bit high. I found this on Amazon and it was only $10. And I had a five dollar awards amount that I applied to the purchase, so it cost me five dollars. It fit perfectly and stayed on completely in a long wash. I would definitely recommend this Product to replace your rinse aid cap in your KitchenAid dishwasher. I included the model number in this review because there were other model numbers that were very similar but didn't exactly match my model number ... but the product was the same.

It fit my kitchen aid that wasn’t listed! Just like new til I forget to put it back on and it burns in the bottom of the dishwasher.

We have a Kitchenaid Dishwasher model W10579096A bought through Direct Buy a few years ago. Somehow the cap for the rinse aid dispenser came out during one of the loads and melted. I hated to pay full price through the manufacturer so checked here first. It’s important to measure width and depth of where your cap will go. Mine fit perfectly and after running several cycles now feel if will stay and operate as the original cap did. Saved me time and money over ordering from Kitchenaid’s website.

This part is a perfect fit for Whirlpool model number WDT910SSBY0, which is not shown in the compatibility list. Costs about a third of the OEMs found on the major parts stores. IMPORTANT: The actual width is 1.75", not what's shown in the promo for this product. Bottom of the plug is 1.25". I had to find all this on a competitor's site before I was convinced to buy it.

needed to explore possibilities to fit a ancient dishwasher. the very fact this exists is a testament to the proper and long held management of proper marketing and great products. pray this falls into other manufactures worlds. returned only that didn’t work for my app. do buy this ,as it is a good product.

I contacted the seller with the model number of my dishwasher to make sure I was getting the right one. He texted me back within a couple of hours and assured me that the cap would fit, which it did.

After 10+ years, the rinse cap needed to be replaced. This one did the trick and is a perfect fit. Fast shipping and it is a good value for the money.
