Conambo Bluetooth Headset 5.0, Pro 24 Hrs Talktime Noise Cancelling Wireless Headset with Mute Button for Cell Phones Business Office Trucker-M91

I had ordered a BH-M91 headset a couple of months ago and and right after the 45 day full return warranty expired (it does,however, have a 2 yr replacement/service warranty) it started to have problems with the mic on the unit. I contacted the seller to explain what was happening and they immediately sent out another headset...no sending in the old one and waiting for the new one to arrive, no dancing around trying to troubleshoot a hardware issue, they got one in the mail right away. The customer service displayed throughout the exchange was kind and professional. Impressed me enough to right this review, they earned it!The headset itself is a good product. It's very comfortable with all the extra padding and pairs quickly to multiple phones at the same time. I have it paired to my personal phone to listen to podcasts and my work phone to make calls without having to go back and forth. The boom is flexible and can be contorted to be positioned anywhere. The call quality is decent. The speaker in the earpiece is great and everything comes in clear and clean. The mic still doesn't sound as good as as you might want it to for the callers on the other end, but then again you aren't paying $150 for a plantronics headset.The customer service is what set this product apart from the others and I would buy from them again.

This product has performed very well while working at home. I was able to easily connect to both my cell phone and my laptop for video conferences. Call volume and microphone was clear. I had several comments from the other parties that they could not hear any background noise from the microphone. I found that the headset buttons functioned well with my cell phone; however, not all of my computer apps allowed the functions to work but that was a limit I expected. I was really impressed with the range as I was able to pace around the entire floor and not loose connection, I was even able to go outside for some calls. However, I did not test the device in the car (working from home). The battery life was superb and took very little time to recharge. The fit was comfortable for several hours of continuous wear. I normally do not have a comment regarding the company, but I can say the customer service at Conambo vastly exceeded my expectations. They were polite and very understanding and quick to respond, they actually had to wait on my replies. The CSR resolved my warranty issue extremely fast, excellent service Anne! I would definitely recommend purchasing their products, especially the M91.

I have one of those smaller earpieces, you know, the kind that looks like some little black insect crawling out of your ear. Although it got the job done, I was never really comfortable with it. It's method to attach to my ear always seemed rather tentative, like it would fall out with the slightest head movement. But it just wasn't that important as I rarely spoke on the phone. But now, completely working from home, well....everything's different.This headset checks every box; look no further. Comfortable on my head, it's easy to forget it's even on after awhile. Most impressive to me is how easy all the controls are, which was a complaint about the smaller one. Answering a call, putting someone on Hold, Volume up or down and Mute: All easy to get used to and control nearly as second nature. I'm told my voice is clear on the other end as well.I'm surprised I like it as much as I do because of the price, frankly. I thought it was too cheap to be first rate. I would have expected to pay about twice as much. I was wrong. This is the one. So, put it in your cart already. That is all.

I was deployed home due to COVID and purchased this headset to use my cell phone for meetings. Some days are filled with meetings and this headset excelled in two key areas - comfort and battery life. It is comfortable enough to wear all day. Everything is well padded. It "clamps" enough to keep it on my head, but not so much that it causes discomfort - it is a great balance. It is adjustable. The battery life lasted an 8-hour shift for me. I wasn't talking the ENTIRE 8 hours, but I'd have a 1-2 hour meeting, then it would sit (on, but not being used), then another meeting, and then a break, and then another meeting. I'd say it was "active" for 5-6 hours and on for 8. The price was right for what I was looking for and it continues to serve me well!

I want to love this. I really do. I like the bluetooth connection, the battery life, and the sound on my end. Unfortunately, the mic sound for those listening to me is not great. The built-in mic on my laptop is better. The mic DOES NOT cancel out noise in the background. Maybe it helps in the car, but not connected to Zoom meetings & making video recordings. I think I'm going to return it and try something else.

I spend all day in virtual meetings and phone calls that come in through the computer, and can't stand having to be tethered to my laptop by my headset wire. I thought this one might work for me. Connecting it to the laptop w/ Bluetooth was quick and easy. The headset itself was very comfortable, easily adjustable, and I liked the flexibility of the mic on this. I had a couple of problems that no amount of troubleshooting would fix though. First, I couldn't hear my phone ring, so wouldn't know I was getting a call unless I was on the right tab and could see the incoming call on the screen. When I did take a call, the sound quality was just awful, simultaneously echoey and muffled. It sounded like the caller was in a plastic bucket and I was trying to hear them through a cotton ball stuffed in my ear. Lastly, I could't hear any sound at all when trying to play music or a video on the laptop. I can see some of the lack of functionality being an issue of incompatibility with my device, but the sound quality can't be excused. I'll need to send this back and keep looking for something else that will work.

Honestly didn’t think I’d like these but they are comfortable and durable . I sat on them by accident and I’m 330 pounds - very durable lol. I would say on noise canceling maybe an 8 out of 10 but very good for the price . I use them for gaming and sometimes phone calls and a few times I listened to music . The battery life is phenomenal- probably charges for 20 minutes and you get a few hours out of that . It’s easy and quick . The music sounds great and has some bass but not Bose obviously. I would buy these if I had a job where I needed to wear them for long periods of time Because they are comfortable. Would highly recommend

The sound quality is very good I can hear people crystal clear and so can they ( I have asked multiple people). I don’t think it is noise cancelling(active sound wave opposite to ambient noise) as it is more like noise isolation ( the foam around the ear reduces noise from entering into the ear) The headset is super comfortable and allows me to hear myself when I’m talking. I am in meetings all day and this headset allows me work Truly hands Free without the echo effect that speakerphone brings along. Battery life is excellent I did not take the time I was on the phone this week but I went through the entire week without recharging and when I did, I took less than two hours to ge a full charge. The mute button is very convenient as it is located directly on the mic.
