Makes this model look great.

This was a total pain to put together - mostly because I had to take apart some of the legos to add the lights in, then remember how to put it back together. That said- the lights work, and it’s pretty cool! My kid was so pumped! Worth the time to assemble, for sure TINY parts.

it took me almost two hours to put mine together and when i got it finished, only the back lights lit up and when i tried swapping some ports to see if that fixed the problem, it then broke all the lights and shortly after i started smelling a burning smell. tore out the batteries and am not planning on trying to fix this if it’s just gonna leave me worrying about it burning my house down

It was hard to wire and the sticky tape pops off so I will probably have to go back and glue certain lights on. All in all after a little bit of stress it was worth it.

The instructions are not too clear towards the end of the build. However I was able to do the build in about 90 minutes. Tweezers and a small pocket knife helped during the takedown and build. I found the battery pack fit snuggly in the lower framework of the original build, allowing handling of the kit without worry of pulling wires out.

Came with one missing light. Customer service was great and although it took a week to get here, they sent it right out. Obviously the lights are amazing and it was fun and challenging to put on. Was unsure before, but will definitely be ordering the star destroyer lights!!! Only complaint is the sticky tabs are not the best, advise using better tabs right from the start because you will end up redoing them anyway. Hope that helps!!!

The double-sided tape sucks. While they adhere well to the LEGO surface, the LED light backing does not stick at all. I have had to repair several areas where the lights have fallen off. 3M Command Strip tape worked better, but it now appears that I will need to use a liquid adhesive. Please conduct an adhesion study on the LED backing material so that the lights stay in place. Also, this requires assistance of an adult to accomplish installation l agree with others that the end result is impressive, bit it just takes awhile to get there.

Produit sympa pour "pimper" le faucon ! Très complet, notice explicite. Les double-faces pour coller les LEDs mériteraient d'être un peu plus forts mais ce n'est pas un problème. J'ai eu un problème avec un câble défectueux : Briskmax contacté par email le samedi 25/12, réponse personalisée (pas un email standard) le lundi 27/12 au matin. 2 câbles expédiés le jour même, sans aucun frais, réception le 06/01 avec en + un petit cadeau dans le paquet ! Bon produit + super SAV = 5* pour moi.

Terzo acquisto effettuato presso BRIKSMAX (i primi due erano il kit per LEGO CREATOR 10220 Volkswagen T1 e per LEGO IDEAS 21309 Saturn V), sono ancora una volta colpito favorevolmente dalla cura nel packaging, a partire dall'involucro esterno, che nel complesso protegge perfettamente le componenti interne del kit (in nessun caso sono mai arrivate danneggiate, credo che la scatola potrebbe cadere a terra più volte senza danni). Le istruzioni sono piuttosto dettagliate e permettono di completare l'assemblaggio senza troppi problemi (anche se alcune illustrazioni potrebbero essere migliorate e rese più nitide, ma questo mette un pochino alla prova le proprie capacità ed aumenta la soddisfazione finale). Non si tratta assolutamente di un kit per bambini, a meno che non abbiano già dimostrato buona attitudine con modellini delicati (vale anche per gli adulti, è praticamente impossibile rompere un pezzo LEGO, ma queste componenti sono invece molto piccole e fragili, per cui vanno montate con estrema cura). Unica pecca, la scelta di utilizzare dei mini adesivi per i led BLU di coda (quelli che illuminano i motori del Millenium Falcon) perché temo che con il tempo possano staccarsi (si tratta comunque di adesivi 3M, per cui non certo di scarsa qualità). Il risultato finale, soprattutto al buio, è eccezionale, il modellino prende vita. Riassumendo: - qualità ottima - imballaggio ottimo - istruzioni molto buone - prezzo un pochino elevato ma nello standard di un collezionista - soddisfazione ottima - comprerò ancora da BRIKSMAX?
