Requires technical skill though! *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 19, 2020* This a good replacement if you’re very handy or familiar with cell phone repair. If you’re a do-it-yourselfer please keep reading.This is not an easy repair! You should remove the battery and motherboard to prevent damage while replacing the back glass as it takes a lot of heat to release the adhesive. This will require a special star bit to remove the touch screen, a very small tri-wing screwdriver to gain access to the ribbon cables, replacement pull strip adhesive to reinstall the battery, and a good heat source.I had good results with a hot air solder rework station and a scalpel. Just take your time as you also don’t want to damage the inductive charge coil that’s exposed under the glass back. With the larger camera hole it is not necessary to remove and replace the lens, but you do need to clean the glass out from inbetween the lens and the frame. Finaly, I wouldn’t trust the phone to be water resistant anymore as the replacement back isn’t sealed around the camera; and there is much less adhesive to form a seal.The good news is the phone doesn’t have an unsightly shattered back anymore! Colors matched and came on time. They normally sell the back glasses with the big hole to fit over the camera, this one was not the big hole. I had to use a rotary tool to grind away some of the glass to have it fit over the camera. Everything turned out fine though. I don't recommend changing the back glass for people who aren't experienced and don't have the proper tools.
