What kind of floor does it suction to I have cement?

If you're putting sand in the base I wouldn't worry about it

Is this strong enough for boxing training for adults?

This is a great tool for training, but we brought this item for my 13 year old son. Which works fine for him and we filled it with water. I don't think it's strong enough for an adult. But I also believe if you fill it with sand, it would probably have better punching resistance.

Can it be kept outdoors? Is the bag waterproof?
