Great! Works like a charm.
Great! Works like a charm. It’s much longer than the original version that came with my device. The feel is surprisingly high quality for a charger. It feels like silk. It’s a strange thing to say about a charger, but what can I say? It’s really nice. It charges with no problems whatsoever, so I’m satisfied.

Works, but wire feels cheap
The function of the charger works flawlessly. The wire is what I worry about. It feels thin and will most likely fray possible leaving exposed wires. I would recommend reinforcing the cable edges with electrical tape. Other than that, works for me. The extra length is a double edge sword. It can both be convenient when using it, but an annoyance when putting it away.

Charger sparked and died... TWICE. Almost damaged by Surface Book 2 Battery
I bought many of these chargers in the past. Every single time they burn out relatively quickly, although I'll admit that I can be rough on them. However, even with care the base of the cable tears. My last charger self shorted because of this and smoked up my desk area after turning red hot. I thought that again, maybe I was rough on it even after only around 6 months of usage, so I bought a couple. I tested the first charger right out of the package. Upon plugging it in, the charger made a loud pop and turned red hot at the base of my surface charging port. This is unacceptable!!!!!! I thought that my whole battery was damaged and may still be. Very infuriating, company needs to make this right! Luckily, the second charger worked or else I would not have been able to submit my college work on time. I know it was dumb to plug another in, but I was desperate to get my work done. Buyer beware, now I have to waist my time and gas to get this returned.

Great replacement charger for Surface Book 2!
We got this replacement charger for the Surface Book 2. It has super long cords (almost 12-feet in total!) for great range from the outlet, doesn't get warm to the touch at all, and has a light on the mag connector to show good connection while charging. It takes maybe 2 hours to completely recharge the Surface Book 2, which is WAY faster than the previous charger we had for it. We're very happy with this purchase!

Unfortunately the life of this charger was of 1.5 months. I spent some time searching for a good option and that’s what I got.

Better than the OEM equivalent thus far
I had 2 OEM chargers and both broke with very little use. This charger is bascally the same and even has the USB port for half the price of an OEM. Great product

I was so worried about this product, cause you know because of my surface book, but this charger is very good and stable charge. After more than a month of continuous daily use, it's excellent perform and stable.

This charger effectively fried the motherboard of my device, now needing 1000$+ in repairs. Before using this product it was charging just fine from my surface dock but now it won’t charge at all. Absolutely unbelievable.
