I am impressed that I would receive such a quick reply. Every product is not for everyone. Although this pruner did not meet my expectations, the company surely did. I would buy from them again.My initial comment -- Either this is not the pruner I read about or someone forgot to sharpen it. Very disappointed. More mashed stems rather than cut stems.
