Though lighter than pictured, it is very attractive. Bamboo is a great wood for flex, and this delivers.There are some minor issues, however. First, my deck (and I may be the only one to have this problem) has holes that are drilled incorrectly (too near each end of the deck). When trucks are lined up, the wheels do not hit anywhere near the wheel cutouts (very nice cutouts, might I add). To compensate, I drilled two holes toward the center for each of my trucks, and it seems to work just fine. Also, one of the holes which I did not use had a minor imperfection at the drilling site. The gullwing trucks I used have holes 1/4 inch past the drilled holes in the deck, but all trucks are different (and I made my own holes anyway so it doesn't matter).So in summary, this deck may require some alterations but nothing at all major. I recommend it fully as it is a great price and an extremely nice deck. 4/5 stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Its a fair deal *by J***K on Reviewed in the United States on February 16, 2015* The Board is super flexy and comfortable to ride. Name brand flexy bamboo boards aren't as bouncy as this board, also name brand boards bow upwards, to compensate for the amount of dip. This board will bow down after the first use, you might try flipping it the first use to make it bow upwards, but I figure there is not fixing that problem. As a result the board looks bizarre when ridden because it dips so much. It bottoms out on speed bumps and you may have to consider weight. I'm at 170lbs, but my friend who plays football he is at 230lbs it just didn't wok for him the board couldn't keep him suspended off the ground. This board is ridiculous for foot peddling. It absorbs most of the momentum when you kick, as a result you can't efficiently across flat grounds. It is a big board I drive a hatch back and it barely fits in the rear cargo compartment. I found it most fun at carving downhills. I had trucks just under a 10inch hanger, and had no chance of wheel bite, and now I have double kingpin sidewinders which also don't have wheel bite. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve purchased several longboards from this seller and they have all been great. I’ve purchased several longboards from this seller and they have all been great. I buy blanks because I am a visual artist who paints and carved designs onto the bottom of the deck. The bamboo material is very sturdy and is perfect for the type of art I do. My cravings aren’t very deep so you don’t lose a lot of material in my designs. I’ve sold a couple of boards and my customers have never complained about the structural integrity being compromised. Here are photos of the latest one I’ve done. I’m not much of a skater, myself although I am an avid snowboarder. I’m keeping this one and plan to ride it.
