Size Large/Regular, 5'10" 195 lbs: the perfect match.
Don't laugh, purchased as "casual dress'' pants. Fitment info being the most important thing I can contribute to prospective buyers, the large/regular are a perfect fit for a 5' 9 3/4" tall fella weighing about 195 lbs. I normally wear 34-30 up to 36-30 depending on which pair of Lucky Brand pants I opt for. Old school Lee jeans 501 knockoffs with zero "comfort stretch" engineered into the material are a perfect fit for me at 36-30. This Cherokee review AFTER a hot wash, dryer set to normal permanent press/medium high heat. I add that I bought one each (same size) olive and pewter and the pewter are a smidge longer inseam but not enough to warrant a hem. Have a thread removal tool so transferring the overtly obvious & tacky Cherokee label to the back pocket of each was a breeze-don't mind advertising my brand choices unless the original placement looks ugly. These pants accept a wicked crease with iron and steam and are a breeze to iron. Massive array of pockets (7) makes these the perfect pants for the casino or a ball game when you need to transport shades, readers, treats, keys, wallet, smokes, etc. Felt some constriction across the butt when doing a test squat but the pants gave nicely and no worries. Only complaint? A little shiny in appearance but not a deal breaker. At a net cost of $25.33 each, a nice (read: cheap) addition to my pants collection now numbering 40, and a great choice for an edgy abby-normal look that don't break the bank. Imagine a pricey (or not) button-down long-sleeved dress shirt untucked paired with these pants and some nice shoes or boots-I did. Too bad my original choices re: color (brown, anyone?) were not available in my size. That's a hint, Cherokee.

Great Scrubs. Fair Price. Very Practical.
As a retired ER technician and supervisor--I have worn surgical scrubs for years on duty; sometimes round the clock. I've even had to sleep in them when pulling double shifts...In my view, Cherokee brand scrubs are top notch. Especially the 7 pocket 4000 drawstring edition. Yes, they cost a bit more. But they fill the bill...They fit well and seem true to form in size Large...These come fully hemmed. You get two side slash pockets. You get two double pocket cargo pockets--the right side inner pocket has 2 bands for holding penlights, bangage shears, and a smaller inside pocket for clipped pens and the like...And a button up back pocket for your wallet. Which is very useful. They come with both a drawstring and an elastic waist for a good fit. And the shocker of all--is a working zipper. Seriously, these have to be the most pants-like scrubs I ever owned. They're comfy to wear right out of the bag. If you wash and dry them and fold them up--still warm--they won't need ironing. That's the beauty of scrubs--low maintainence clothing. Something you can use as loungewear around the house. Or head to the store for a quick grocery trip. And loosefitting for ease of movement without binding...3 season use only...This is definitely not winter weight clothing. I consider them to be very practical daily utility wear...Not a high fashion statement. But hey, in Carribean Blue--they do look great. The material is just what you'd expect from any scrub...Single layer. Not too heavy--not too light. I have other scrubs I've used as pajamas...But these are the most practical for outdoor use in public, in my opinion. Mostly because of the functionality of all the pockets. I bought two pair of these after having bought a couple of Cherokee's slightly cheaper Drawstring cargo pocket scrubs--the model 4100. They're excellent as well...But they have 4 fewer pockets, no zipper, no secure button on your back pocket and no elastic waist. The 7 pocket scrubs only set you back 5 bucks more a pair--but you get a lot more utility in my opinion. Naturally, you can get free shipping on both with orders over 25 bucks so it makes sense to buy a couple of pairs. My plan is to use the 7 pocket scrubs for outdoor shopping...And the 3 pocket cargo scrubs for household use...But as I see it, either will do in a pinch. I'll probably also pick up a selection in various sizes for overnight houseguests and a few more of the 7 pocket scrubs for myself. They'll give you years of use with proper care...And they'll only get softer and more comfy over time. The only reason they didn't get a 5th star on this review is I'd wish they'd offer a button closure on at least one of the cargo pockets. That would make them perfect...But they're still outstanding as is. .

Length is way too long
I gave this three stars for two reasons but first I will state what I liked about these pants. Bought my first pair in a thrift store since I liked the side pockets. Between the elastic waste, zipper and tie strings and side pockets, the pants are a great pair to wear in the summer. Light with plenty of pockets for storage. I like to carry cash or papers without having to pull them out of a wallet or shove in front pockets where they get wrinkled or lose them when I pull out my keys or change. These pants have the leg pockets which are a great place to carry papers or money. Also bought them for the comfort of the material and they are light in weight. Now for the cons. The pair I originally purchased in a thrift store were a smooth comfortable material which I cannot tell what its composition was with cotton or polyester or what percentage blend of each but they were soft. The ones I purchased here felt like the material was too artificial (65/35 Poly/cotton blend) and not as comfortable on the skin as the original pair. Then the problem with the length. The ones from the thrift store were a little short (31") so when I found these, I ordered the long since the regulars were 31". Well the "long" were way too long at a shocking 35". What a jump from the regular. Who has legs that long??? One would think the long size would be two inches longer max but not FOUR! So basically the long size is useless for most people with longer legs since they drag the floor. So someone with longer legs either has to deal with the shorter 31" or forget it. I would give this 5 stars if the material was softer and the sizes were reasonable.

Comfy economical scrubs
Comfortable basic scrubs. I did wash a couple times to get the soft before the first wear. Just wish the waist tie was a bit longer

Overall Good Value. Caution: Sizing Chart is Incorrect for Scrubs
The measurements for the 4XL and 5XL are reversed in the scrubs sizing chart. Once that gets resolved, the sizing should "fit as expected." Overall, the product is good quality. It is very lightweight and I can't say how long they will last as I have just had them a couple of weeks, but so far, so good and my expectations are positive. I'll provide some considerations/suggestions for the manufacturer for the future: The side (slash) pockets (the ones in line with the outside seam) could be a bit deeper (at least an inch, maybe two). The bow tie could be on the inside of the waist rather than the outside (would provide a neater appearance). Darker colours might be nicer (the navy blue is a bit light). A rip-stop material option might also sell well. A cargo pant style (buttoned flaps on some of the pockets) might be a neat option. All of these suggestions are if the manufacturer is looking to expand their offering. If not, this is a fine standard/basic product at a reasonable price. I have purchased a few more in different colours since my initial purchase, so I do believe these scrubs are good value for the money.
