I would definitely recommend this head tie for anyone who exercises. It is a great head tie and stays right on the head without slipping off.

**Q: is it grippy?**
A: It does not have the grippy strips like the lululemon has, I got them for my girls who play soccer and they don't seem to readjust it on the field as they play. So if tied tight enough it seems to stay put for the most part.

This headband is heaven-sent. I have 3a-4a hair and recently straightened my hair to get it trimmed. Normally when I blow my hair out I take a week off from the gym to enjoy my hair, but my stylist recommended this headband.
