TIA** A: My daughter ordered one for friend, it was in a semi hard plastic case, I didn't really pay much attention to it but it looked sufficient. Shipped loose in a box with minimal packaging. **Q: Is rm & j hope's heads smaller than the others?** A: They look normal to me but remember the band members have a lot of hair and their bodies are thin so the heads might look big due to the hair. The two I brought had lots of hair and I have seen other dolls of the other band members and they all look the same except they all have black hair and not unruly like the two I brought with different colored hair.
