Jack Link's Beef Jerky, Jalapeno, 5.85oz

Tastes good. Overpriced though but you know what your paying for

I first was introduced to this flavor of beef jerky around 2001. At first bite it was instant LOVE and I was hooked. For the longest time I would buy this at different grocery stores. That was until about 9 Months ago, the store that I usually bought this product at was sold out of it. And that is when the problem started. Sometimes they had the product and sometimes they did not. That led me on a hunt for a store that sold this jerky in the 5.85oz size. Most often it was a hit and miss at different stores for the elusive hunt of this sweet and savory jerky. I was exhausted driving all around my city and the city next to me looking for this jerky at the 5.58oz size. That is when I looked here at Amazon and sure enough Amazon had it. Due to my subscription service I signed up with Amazon and Jack Link's I have this delivered to my house once a month. Also since it is a subscription service that delivered every Month on the First I was given a DISCOUNT off the full price of the delivery. If I buy this 5.58oz package from the grocery store I pay about $10.00 plus tax for just one bag. Since I now have a subscription for auto delivery my cost now is about $8.00 per 5.58oz bag. If I had known that Amazon has this jerky and I get a discount due to my subscription, I would of ordered a subscription to this jerky 9 Months ago when I first was having problems finding this size in the store. My delivery was on time and the jerky was awesome. Thanks to Amazon and Jack Link's, I now look forward every month for my delivery of this Sweet and savory jerky.

I've tried a jillion jerky brands - grocery store, boutique, online companies..... When it comes to jalapeno flavor, Jack Link's just wins. Best flavor, best texture, easy to eat. Some jerky is just too tough. This stuff is just right. All jerky is too expensive, but this brand is not bad.

Surprising that a commercial product actually has a little spice to it. Not the best flavor, but for mass-produced beef Jerky from one of the biggest companies, decent taste. I would normally prefer to get jerky locally or from a smaller producer, but these were on sale. Worth it at sale price.

This product was exactly what I was looking for when I decided to search Amazon for a tasty snack with little spice 😋 I was so excited to receive it and give it a try!! It not only was delicious flavor wise but also was the perfect protein snack!! It's a little bit spicy being how it's Jalapeño flavor but okay with that because I love spicy! It's definitely a must try snack that will leave you so satisfied!

it's super good and it's chewable unlike some other beef jerky, but one of the things i am disappointed about is how much air is in the bag. The picture will make you think you're getting a full bag of beef jerky, but when you receive it, it's literally half a bag, which sucks because it's so good that you can easily end up eating the whole bag... The other thing i am disappointed about is the jalapeno taste not being strong enough. Tbh, it didn't taste like jalapeno at all. It tastes more like a sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce....

My boyfriend says that this jerky is VERY spicy, and he loves spicy. He read off the back, and they use more than jalapeños to spice them. Be warned: may make you cry, or sweat if eaten in large quantities. Pretty tasty flavor. Also came super late.

Don't offer any of this to anyone, despite the urge you'll feel to say 'wow, this is so good, you should try this!' You will be sorry, because that will just be less for you and you'll want the whole bag for yourself.
