Awesome recommendation.
Easy install for my iPad 6! Comes with tools for all your needs and manual for in-depth instructions on how to install. Would buy again if need replacement.... but for the price you can't beat it although does kinda sadden me for the Touch ID won't work again, but I can pass on that for my screen not to be cracked so bad it cuts my fingersssss. Fit perfect and appearance is great. Highly recommend this screen replacement brand.

Works great! Here are a few tips.
This device is fairly simple to install a new screen compared to most. All tools are provided and there and numerous videos on YouTube that provide step by step instructions. Keeping the original home button is very doable, just be gentle removing it. (Seems obvious, but make sure you have a well lit, clean space available & wear latex gloves.) From my experience, these steps are essential for proper installation: *After removing cracked screen, thoroughly clean all glass shards, residue etc. New screen won’t lie flat and may even crack during installation if not. * Make sure to fold cable onto glass and ensure it’s firmly attached. If not the screen will have dead zones. *Use the provided double sided tape, the adhesive that comes pre-applied isn’t strong enough and will loosen within a month. *Also, be extremely careful with the LED. It’s very delicate, scuffs or fluid can damage it and replacing it is costly.

touchscreen not working normally after install
This replacement screen was a nightmare to install. Firstly, the printed directions were absolutely horrible. They were vague at best. I had to watch a video from a youtuber to get it installed properly. There was broken glass everywhere and the suction cup was absolutely useless. Also, the tools to separate the broken glass from the chassis did not work at all. I used a razor blade to separate the broken screen from the ipad. I made sure not to cut any cables as shown in the youtube video I watched, which was excellent by the way. Unfortunately, I lost home functionality mainly due to my inexperience as I broke the zif connector for the home button cable, but also because the printed directions didn't explain AT ALL which way the zif connector was hinged. Anyway, I could live with that if everything else worked fine. The adhesive tape does NOT hold. I didn't try the included glue because there were NO instructions on how to install it and I didn't want to risk getting glue everywhere. The worst part is this, there is a horizontal band across my ipad that no longer registers touch input. I included a video showing this. This is not acceptable! Do NOT buy this! You'd be better off paying a pro to replace a broken screen because at least you get a warranty for a couple of months!

Great product and great customer support
Not only is the screen very high-quality but the instructional videos they provide our top notch . They go slow enough that you can understand each step and give very detailed close-up shots of each step. I replaced my battery and my screen at the same time. It’s a pretty difficult job, but thanks through the videos they made it manageable. I still ended up cracking the bottom corner of the screen when I put it in because of user error In the package with the new screen, there is a card that tells you, that if you fail because of user error, they will send you another screen. I responded to that email address and instead of sending me another screen they gave me a full refund. This company not only makes a great product, but they stand behind it even when the user makes a mistake.

Be Aware
Manage your expectations. Here’s what I learned after a successful replacement/repair: 1. Material and quality is what you pay for. It’s 20 bucks! It won’t feel like original Apple products so don’t expect it. It’s not glass material it’s screen protector feel. And the home button doesn’t feel the same and doesn’t allow for TouchID. 2. The repair is HARD. The video makes it look impossibly easy. Glass goes flying everywhere. Wear gloves and eye protection. I have never done something like this but I was able to do it because I was meticulous and patient. One mistake may cause problems with your ipad. It took 2 hours. 3. If the repair is done right, it works well. It’s exactly what I paid for and there is a deep satisfaction having done the repair myself. Enjoy.

Mixed feelings but it works
Installation of this product is super easy, the hard part is dissembling and removing the old screen. The tools included were somewhat helpful, but didn’t last long. I guess you get what you pay for. After installing this, I lost complete functionality of the original or new home button. The screen clarity is not the greatest. Touch screen works completely as it should. The adhesive is a joke and does nothing. If you just want to fix your screen for cheap and have it work, yes… this is a good option. If you want to spend more to have a better quality screen by all means do it. If you are prone to shattering the screen then this might also be for you.

Add more tools for great success
I recommend extra tools on-hand to make the install go well. I highly recommend having a true heat gun instead of a hair dryer. The edge penetration with the included blade works but only when very hot. Work 3" areas at a time with thin gloves on. Use included plastic triangles on antenna, home and camera areas. Take your time breaking the entire perimeter glue to old screen. It is the most time consuming step. Now it is very important to remove the old adhesive and glue gunk from the entire perimeter. Adhesion promoter pads are another extra item I purchased to handle that step. Also used the promoter on the new screen to allow the original home button bracket to stick properly. If you do not swap the original home button onto the new screen in its entirety then no more touch sign-in or purchases. I've done screen swaps before and this one was particularly challenging due to how much the original screen had shattered. I had one cut resistant glove and another for less hand oil transfer during the process. Gear up with the right tools and patience and you will be successful. I did not use the B7000 glue during the assembly process but rather relied upon the adhersion promoter and let the screen rest overnight with a large book on it for pressure. The new digitizer has additional circuitry vs. my OEM screen. I had that fold over upon assembly such that it was tucked under the border. Be careful when removing the blue adhesive backings on the left edge with the connectors. You need to use the tweezers to start it and pull from the outside otherwise you can damage the cables.

Replaced my old one for 2 weeks now, works like new
Installation is very simple. The most difficult part is to pry the old glass off. It took me over half an hour, and I had to shatter the old glass totally to remove it. I bought this one with the home button to be safe. After I finish, I realized that I should hv bought the ones without it. No wonder most people are selling them with no home button. I resused the old one, so that my credentials are kept. It's very easy to get off and stick to the new one. In general, you can follow the instructions in the package. One tricky part is the longest flat wire that goes from glass to the pad. It's glued on by a tiny tape. All other connectors are clipped on, so you can pry them open with the pastic pryer came in the kit, but for this one, u need to peel off the tape, and pull it out. prying will bend the connectors. After you are done, before you glue the glass back to make it permanant, it is suggested that you test if it works. The LCD may not light up. Don't panic, the pad needs to be hard restarted. push and hold both power and home button for 10 sec, and it'll restart to light the LCD up. Aviold my pitfalls listed above, and good luck, u may finish in a hour.
