Fantastic flavour and texture
The texture of the cookie is spot on, and the flavour was very good. It does have that cooling taste from the erythritol, so use the recommended coconut oil instead of unsalted butter and this evens out the effect. Delicious! ps, if you can't wait and eat them hot from the oven, they crumble and you'll burn your fingers. They taste better cold anyway :)

Baked well- but you’d better like the sweetener!
I would agree with another reviewer- strong erythrytol aftertaste, but if your eating these you’re probably on a mission, or just a dedicated keto person. The mix worked well and they would be lovely...with sugar!! But that’s not the point of these- so if you can tolerate the sweetener then I’m sure you will enjoy them.

Easy peasy!
Super easy to make. I didn’t add vanilla to mine and they tasted delicious anyways. A wee bit of melted 80%+ dark chocolate drizzled on top cuts through the sweetness for those who prefer that.

Aftertaste
Just started keto, bought for my partners birthday.. easy to follow instructions, looked good, but for me adjusting to keto, there was a strong aftertaste with the sugar substitute... could only eat one....so for us would not buy again.

Best tasting Keto butter pecan cookies
I haven't had butter pecan cookies in years because most of the recipes I've found didn't bake-or taste-well. This mix is the best. The same texture as normal cookies. They are chewy and moist. And delicious. The price is on par with other keto baking mixes and well worth it.

Ugh the after taste
Good flavor initially, but has that artificial sugar cooling sensation that I hate. Weird after taste. Very crumbly and hard to store. Only 12 cookies for the amount paid is disappointing but I’m happy I don’t have more to eat or throw away.
