Where to start. Very good quality, low cost and a complete panel of vit Bs. And I forget no crap in it. It is a good Vitamin B complex that I order again and again. And I think you should give it a try.

This product works well.
I’m very satisfied with this product. It actually does what it says and I have been using it for years now. At my age, 78 years old, I have the energy and stamina of a much younger woman with no joint or arthritic pains. I won’t stop taking this Vitamin.

Good vitamins for your body.
These vitamins are great and give you good coverage with vitamin B. This brand has been bought several times recently as they are a positive and well produced supplement.

Effective, but aftertaste.
I'm feeling more energetic, but for me, they cause icky burps even though I take it with food. I'll give them a little more time before I decide if I want to keep using them.

This product is fantastic ! Easy to take, easy to absorb. Works fast ! Gives you clarity, strength and the will to go. No upset stomach, but higher energy. Vit C is a added bonus. This is going to be a standard order.

I've taken vitamin B for a long time, but didn't like taking an extra pill to get C. When I saw this had an adequate combination of all the ones I take, I was pleased to see it all in one capsule. It is slightly larger than what I was taking, but with all the extras in one, I save money! While it has a slight odor, it's much less than an ordinary B, but I still highly recommend this brand. I'm staying with it. Hope this helps. (I'm not paid for this review)

Ok Vitamin
I was informed by my physician that I needed to be on a complete Vitamin B and I found these on Amazon. I have been taking the for about three months. I can’t tell a lot of difference but I hope they’re working when I go for next labs.

I bought these for my mum. She saw them recommended on some YouTube channel and made me get them for her. Amusingly if a doctor tells her to do something she’s far less likely to comply.
