On this chair I can sit in my most natural, comfortable position, and keep my knees slightly below my hips so that my circulation remains normal and my hips don't get so stiff. I will likely be buying this chair again when it comes time to start work in a dental office. Extra bonus is that it has a back when most saddle chairs don't.However, I will say that a male friend of mine tried the chair and was not a fan, for reasons not necessarily appropriate for polite conversation.
