Perfect half loaf pan and high quality as well
I bought this bread pan after searching for a pan that would make a half of loaf of bread at a time. I liked the reviews so I decided to take a chance despite the high (to me) cost. It arrived on time packed in a sturdy and decorative box. It is constructed of non-stick coated, heavy gauge metal. It would take a lot to dent this pan. It is also constructed of folded sheet metal, not die formed, so that means that it has creases where wet dough or batter can get in to and be hard to clean out. Since I intend to only use it for bread and I habitually line my bread pan with parchment paper, this is not an issue for me. After rinsing it in hot water to remove manufacturing residues, I filled it with exactly half of the amount of bread dough that I normally use and baked a loaf. The results are shown in the photo. Interestingly, I used the same bake time as I use for a full loaf and it came out great. I did lower the bake temp from 450F to 425F, however, as a precaution since I HATE burned bread. Next time I think I will just go with 450F. Note, I kept the bread pan lid on until the last 5 minutes of the bake. Even though the bread rose to press on the bottom of the lid, the lid slid off easily. Since the lid was the only part of the pan not lined with parchment paper, I would say this proves that the non-stick lining works well. In summary, I would say this pan is pricey, IMO, but worth it if your lifestyle (or desires) requires only baking a half loaf at a time.

Perfect cube of bread!!!
EXCELLENT!! All the ecstatic reviews were RIGHT! I ordered another one on Prime Day. It’s just so darn cute to make a cube of bread. I started with a 9X4X4 Pullman —gateway pan for sure—got this and may need more than 2……OH—A half a recipe for my 9X4 works well with this 4x4.

Two are better than one
Love this mini bread pan after 1 use. I got it mainly because I like to make different Keto breads and the normal sized loaf pans are too big. I also like to either make toast or BLT's and it just doesn't work well with your typical bread pan. This pan is perfect for my particular use. As you can see in the picture the bread came out a perfect square. This bread was made from almond flour and flax seed meal. It's perfect for making toast. The bread came out super easy but I did spray Olive oil in it before baking. Baking with the lid makes the bread perfectly square. I just might have to get another one. Update, I ordered another one of these bread pans because when I make my almond bread it goes so fast that it's more convenient to have two pans on hand than to bake one, wait an hour and bake the other one. The nonstick of these are amazing.

Works well
Works as intended. Only 4 stars as the cover is a bit lose so need it to be perfectly straight to prevent the cover from sliding off. Good even baking and works really well for Japanese brioche/bread.

Holds 1 pound of dough
No Knead Bread. Butter 1 Tbsp. 14 grams, Kosher Salt 1 tsp 4.8 grams, Honey 1 tsp 7 grams, IDY 1/4 tsp, Flour 240 grams and water or milk 209 grams. Makes 16 ounces dough. Let rise 2 Hours and transfer to Mini Pullman Loaf Pan to let rise another hour to just above pan. I don't use the lid. Bake 375° 30 minutes. Internal temp will be about 192°. I have the CHEFMADE Mini Pullman Loaf Pan with Lip, 0.55Lb Dough Capacity Non-stick Rectangle Flat Toast Box for Oven Baking 3.9" x 3.9"x 3.9"(Champagne Gold) but it holds 1 pound of dough and makes bread for two people with a great crust. I use milk in my recipe and the bread makes great sandwiches and the best toast I ever had. The loaf comes out easily and the clean up is easy.

Just received and am pleased with size!
Sturdy loaf pan. Looking forward to using it for smaller loaves. I’m a long time bread baker, and own every size loaf size except the small. Now I can make Those 1lb loaf recipes I come across every now and then. I’m happy with purchase. A little pricey, but good quality pan!

Lid is LOOSE!
I have other larger sized "Pullman" loaf pans from another manufacturer that make a snug fit when closed....I have not baked anything in these (I say 'these' as I bought two different small sizes; this one and another). Since I haven't baked anything yet, I can't say if the rising of dough will leak out by moving the loose lid or not, but it would be easy to carry this to the oven and not realize the lid slides open a bit and then leaking could occur. So, I'll also look into gently bending something to make it a tighter fit if I ever find that leaking happens when I bake and be sure to close "tightly" and not allow it to slide open. OTHERWISE: The finish looks to be the same, and the quality of the folding/origami to make the pan is on par with other manufacturers.

High quality
This thing is super cool. Very well made. I've baked croissants and it is totally non-stick so far!

Very good product.

Es un molde demasiado pequeño, no es muy funcional porque tu masa no cabría en el .. tendrías que tener varios o estar horneando en él por horas. No lo recomiendo. El precio muy elevado.

The first time I used it, I didn’t know how to put the lid on but the Bread came out perfect. The second time, if using the lid, it might come out dense for some. The third time some of the dough leaked out of the bottom/sides. It’s ok, hopefully I can get a lot of use from it as it was expensive for a mini one

I hate tins with holes in the bottom, just asking for the bread or whatever to expand through the hole and bake solid and stuck.

No dramas - two loaves baked so far. Sourdough with 300g flour filled the cube
