I bought these to organize the wires on the back of my rack. A 10-32 screw fits perfectly and holds them to the rack.

As I said, this is a pretty standard item, when you need this type of thing. Kind of like ice cubes, hard to get wrong, but it can be done. Decent value for the money, and more than sufficient for its purpose.

I used these to secure a rope light above my entry. They are fairly subtle because the house is white. Short cable ties hold the rope light securely. I spaced the cable mounts about every 6-7 inches so the rope light would lie straight (tends to curve otherwise). I will be able to hang Christmas lights from the rope light next year.
