Measured circumference of my leg, 4 inches above the top of the kneecap, as told to. Was 40cm, so bought the Size S It's too tight. Wearable, and perfect pressure on the knee, but tighter than it should be on the lower thigh Either fix your sizing guide, make it looser at the top, or leave it as it, and I'd instruct people with a circumference 40cm up to avoid Size S

A really good product. My knee was better in a couple of days. Would highly recommend.

Excellent knee support. the best thing about it is that it doesn't roll down or ride up the leg too much, which is what I;ve had with other knee support braces.
