Unfortunately 4 of the 12 cells were accidentally thrown out with the broken toy they were in so I couldn’t test those. A: To clarify, there are three different versions of AmazonBasic rechargeable NiMH batteries:- The original AmazonBasics batteries came in black wrappers. They are made in China and have the capacity rating of 2000mAh. They are NOT as good as Sanyo eneloop batteries.ASIN:B0030T1NEA AmazonBasics AA NiMH Pre-Charged Rechargeable Batteries- The second version of AmazonBasics batteries came in white wrappers. They are made in Japan and also have the capacity rating of 2000mAh. They are (according to me) rebranded 2nd-gen Sanyo eneloop, so you can expect at least 1500 cycles lifespan.ASIN:B00CWNMV4G AmazonBasics Pre-Charged Rechargeable Batteries- The third version is also black but called 'high-capacity'. A: Generally, you have to search the cell description to find the rating. There isn't an industry standard as regards what constitutes a "high capacity" cell, so you will see it roughly corresponds to AA cells of 2000 mah and higher. Rarely do AA cells ever exceed 2700 mah, although a few vendors make such claims, which are mostly found to be bogus.

**Q: can i use my eastshine s2 charger? or must use your charger?**
A: Yes you can use the eastshine S2 charger. These batteries are NI-MH.

**Q: are this AA batteries fatter then Alkaline batteries ? i use eneloop lite where i cant use regular eneloops due to size restrictions**
A: Those AmazonBasics High-Capacity AA batteries are slightly fatter than regular eneloop cell, which are alreaddy slightly fatter than alkaline AA. So if you have to resort to using eneloop-lite in battery compartments, then those high-capacity cells are not going to fit.
