Great taste and quality
I’ve been buying this Arborio rice since last year I think this is the third package , it cooks in 25 min and I love the taste , I keep it in the freezer and one package lasts me for like three months . Great quality

Risotto rice famous chefs use
After eating at Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas I decided to attempt to make risotto. I've never made it in my life and after 1 hour of making my dish... it was delicious. A simpler version of Gordon Ramsay's Lobster Risotto, but I think using the same type of rice (Arborio Rice) greatly helped. This rice was air tight and quality.
