Okay so I saw someone use one of these on Facebook to make homemade fries and I had to have one. This is a very good quality knife. It is so easy to use and the accuracy of the cutting makes perfect crinkle fries. It cuts easily through potatoes with hardly any effort. A kitchen must have!

The cutting quality is great. Works well except that the handle shakes and slips out periodically from it was received. Need to improve on that and it still be a great knife. It'd easy to use and saves you time. Creates a great finish for your vegetables. I love it. Though it has minor issues it's value for money

I bought this knife because it looked like it might be fun to cut vegetables in fancier shapes. It does just that. It's not amazing quality, but for the price, it's sharp enough to do the job. I can't speak to longevity or how one even sharpens it when dull. It's a bit large and takes up valuable drawer space. So if you are cramped for kitchen storage, think about how much you will use it before taking up valuable real estate. That being said... crinkled roasted veggies do look cool.

We love french fries, especially crinkle cut, I saw this knife and said, Yap, this is the one, it nice and sturdy and sharp. It gets the job all the way done. Russett and or sweet potatoes, also cucumbers. Yum!

I was happy to see the quality was sturdy and it's super sharp. Cuts the potatoes and vegies easily. I bought a smaller one previously that was way too small to get through a medium size potato so this made everything much easier. I'd definitely buy it again or for a gift.
