J Knee Brace

This fits perfectly, the knee dislocated and this will help from that happening again. The J part is all reversible to use on either leg. This also was Fsa (flexible spending account) available, going through the doctor's office was to be $500 out of pocket, when this one is the same thing and better actually with more support. Thank you!

I have dislocated my knee since I was 8 and this last time is seriously bad and probably gotta have surgery but the braces gave me the confidence to still be able to get around. It works really well. I love how the straps go to different ways and it has the kneecap holder. Highly recommend.

Runs two sizes small but great otherwise

I measured per the sizing chart and was in between sizes so I ordered up. For reference I am 4’11”, 97 pounds. I measured 15.5” for A and 11.5” for B. I ordered a medium. The brace was too small and difficult to get on. It felt extremely restrictive and was hard to walk in. I emailed the company for help in sizing but they refused to help because the order was placed on Amazon. So I returned the brace. I do not recommend this brace.

I have had four of these braces and for me at least with my medial knee arthritis issues, the brace seems tight and supportive but not restrictive for my very active life including loads of cardio and weights. My PT liked it too. After some experience with it now I also have to say that if you want it really tight and functional you probably need to buy replacements at regular intervals, maybe every couple of months or so? After a while some of the material seems to shred and the velcro wears out so I am constantly trying to re-stick it as it comes loose and then its time for new brace. I have to say that I probably use this more vigorously than most with 1.5-2 hours of sweaty workouts each day so your experience may be different. Having said that it seems great out of the box and wears out in time.

Finally I found the One! I've had multiple surgeries in the past 2 yrs from a vehicle accident. My injuries were pretty severe. Just my knee, I've had my LCL and PCL reconstructed with the use of donors. My ACL has been repaired as well as surgery on my meniscus. Femur, tibia and knee cap fractured. I've cone along way and had to learn to walk again. My knee cap doesn't sit in the grove like it should. This brace has fixed that issue as well as stabilize my knee. I'm not perfect and haven't gain all the mobility I lost but I'm moving around better and a little bit of enjoyment has returned. Yes you will need to at least order 1 size larger than your measurements. I had to order 2 sizes bigger due to my thighs being very large. Yes, you could say false advertising, but it didn't matter because I read the reviews that clearly state the measuring chart is undersized. So I just simply made the adjustments. Perfect Fit! So far the durability has held up great. I'm thinking that if you take care of your equipment, it will take care of you. Oh another thing, not everything is created perfect if it's man made, so there is still the possibility of errors. I'm still attending physical therapy, and because of the brace, now I have more confidence in myself. This brace has been good to me and so I'm returning the favor. I hope this review helps.
