**Q: How to season?**
A: I didn’t have to season it. It’s very nonstick already.

**Q: Dough recipe for this item?any one have**
A: Make the dough you normally make. But you need to make the loaf 1.5 times larger than you make your average loaf.

**Q: how many pound of bread will this pan make?**
A: I would venture to say that this is a 900 gram dough capacity.  I tried a 2 kg dough and it overflowed and made a mess.  The 900 gram dough should require 480 grams bread flour (100%) or 4 cups at 120 grams per cup.  Then use Baker's percentages for all the ingredients:  1% yeast, 2% salt, 6% sugar, 12% butter.  The liquid should be 66% (50-50 Water/milk is good)  I hope this totals approximately 900 grams.  Good luck.

Let it rise before baking and when it's done you slide the lid off to reveal a perfect loaf for sandwich bread exactly like you'd get at the store. There's also a bread slicer somewhere on here you'll need to work with this. Perfect sandwiches, fits the meat without excess bread hanging off.

I just received this and have yet to use it, but almost didn't buy due to the reviews. It arrived undamaged even when packed with cans of food, and it is sturdy and has no sharp edges on the lid. Definitely does not look like it's non-stick but I use Crisco on my other pan anyway. The good price convinced me; I can't wait to use it! EDITED JULY 27 2025 I've used this pan a few times and I do like it, HOWEVER it is aluminized steel which does not fare well with automatic dishwasher soap. Hand wash only!
