Seller was very easy to work with and shipping was very quick. Packaging is poor. Took one look at the instructions and boxed everything back up for return. The byline literally says "Long Time Sit NO Tired". I received my chair on about June 1, 2020 and now it is broken on July 15,2020. This is an everyday chair that I use for at least 4 hours a day and one of the back rest has broken off. I am very disturbed that it has broke just 3 days from the warranty date so now i'm stuck with a half a back rest. I do not abuse the chair and I've had cheaper chairs last for years.
