Good product at a good price. I was recommended blackstrap molasses to help regulate blood glucose levels, and although skeptical decided to give it a try. Not only does it work, but tastes good as well. I like that it is just molasses with no additives.

Meaning no sulfur dioxide is used Blackstrap unsulphured molasses is the most nutrient-dense and least sweet form of molasses, produced from the third boiling of mature sugarcane. Bottles foil inner cap seals are VERY POOR - 2 of 3 bottles leaked in shipping. The third bottle seal was broken also but the contents hadn't leaked YET.... When I first received the original shipment of 2 bottles, I thought only one bottle had leaked all over the inside of the Amazon shipping box, so I only requested one bottle to be replaced. When I opened the second bottle, I realized its seal was also leaking.... But it was too late to request a replacement of the 2nd bottle. When I received the replacement bottle, the inner seal was also broken but it hadn't leaked out yet. I would NOT trust this product if you are going to consume it or use it in baking. You have no way of knowing if the contents are contaminated or not. Luckily I only bought this product to use to soak the rust off some tools.

Helps bring up the iron levels. I've been struggling with anemia because of hookworms. Cleanses haven't been able to eradicate the hookworms, so I needed something to help my energy levels. This seems to help. I use a liquid iron now that works better since I couldn't really stand the taste of the molasses after a while. But I use it once in a while in cookies or beans and it adds a really nice flavor.

Order arrived exceptionally well packaged in an Amazon box. Quality of the product is highly superior to another brand that I have purchased earlier, through amazon too, and unfortunately I had to throw 6 jars in the bin as a result of the poor quality and no customer service. Wholesome organic unsulphured blackstrap molasses has a shiny, fresh, and syrupy texture to it. The taste is delicious. Pours with ease from the bottle. I tried it directly from the spoon and it does not stick in your throat like the other brand, goes down easily and has a beautiful taste and a fresh aroma to it. It dilutes properly even in water and could be used in recipes without ruining it. If you are looking for quality blackstrap molasses look no more this is the product for you. I highly recommend it!
