Connected through 4g and was hit by buffering (a small tortoise at the top of the screen indicates this). Tried various settings to no improvement.My broadband is 380+Mbps down / 37+Mbps up; my 4g is 70+Mbps down / 29+Mbps up. Buffering should not happen.Did a bit of investigation and found my VirginMedia SuperHub3 router can cause buffering on Ring Doorbell/Camera technologies, so figuring this could be a similar problem I bought a new router (ASUS RT-AC86U Wi-Fi AC2900) and tried that. Same setup issues (main setup didn't work, nor wps), and same low quality picture and buffering. (New router has noticeably improved my Network Attached Storage, Sonos, FireTVs, etc. though!)Limited technical/troubleshooting documentation online, so I just returned it.The treat dispenser and laser pointer worked well, and the audio was good. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Good Product *by A*** on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 February 2020* Good overall product. I hang mine on the wall with its wall mount and my dog is in love with it! The wps did not work but with the app I was able to connect in a couple of minutes.After a Couple of weeks with the camera at home I actually very impressed!
