If your playing with 3-5 ppl then i would get the one deck. If your going to play with up to 9 ppl then i would get both decks. The NSFW deck could offensive to some ppl and is definitely not meant for child below 10. You could get 2 of the same deck but if you do there are some rules in that might need to be altered. I can't say about the not-safe-for-work edition, but we purchased the party edition from Amazon in December 2018 and our box meows.
