Is this sturdy enough to build a trellis Arch for cucumbers and beans?

Yes, it’s very sturdy and will hold beans well, probably cucumbers depending on the their size. I grow pickling cucumbers and it would definitely hold them. I used it as a fence around my potato plants and it was strong enough to stand on its own

Is there any type of gate to go with it?

I don't know. I only ordered the wire fencing. I used ground stakes to hold the wire in place. I don't know if there is a gate made specifically for this fencing.

Fairly easy. The fencing is sturdy, so doesn't bend as easily as a finer gauge. But it is fairly idestructible.
