I would use a steamer instead of an iron to remove the wrinkles. The cape goes below my knees and I am 5 feet 6 inches tall. There are no buttons and zippers on it so it is safe to wear for mommies as well. It looks very stylish. The stitching is solid too! I got a size small and I wear small too. I bought this in a Large ( the tag attached does say "Large") I'm reading the label that is stiched into the actual blazer and it has the European size, USA size, UK size and China size. For the US, it's actually a size 8 which is usually under the Mediums. So just keep that in mind if you are trying to figure out the size for you. I'm a 12 to 14 and it fits fine. It's not super tight but I can't pull it closed around my chest. The fabric has a slight shine to it and is truly blazer like. And yes, it's gorgeous! I dunno what it is about capes but my goodness I feel like all I need now is my own dramatic theme music walking down the road =p lol. Give it a try. I think you will like it! For reference I am either a 0 or 2 in jeans depending on the brand and am 5’6. The medium sits perfectly on my shoulders and down the back. :) So generally if you go a size up from what you normally wear it will be perfect!
