Arrived quickly were packaged well. Audio quality is very good, volume is ok, no noise or echo using skype connected to my laptop. They connect to the laptop as soon as I take them out of the charger. They are comfortable over the three hour period I use them until they need to be recharged. Still not use to touching them for the functions but that is likely me. I just put them in my ears and they work. The charger lid came apart soon as starting to use it. Mine does not look like it was properly attached. Still works. I gave it four stars overall due to the charger.
