Despite being immensely grateful that she is a voracious reader, that also means she quickly reads one book after another and another, etc. This series has spawned a love for horses and after finishing a book in this series in an afternoon, she’s asking for the next one and is anxious to read the new one just as soon as she finishes another. It is very hard to distract her and she seems to soak them all up very quickly. The themes seem to be very age-appropriate and she loves the characters in every book. If you have a child who loves to read and also loves animals, this series will likely be enjoyed by your child. My 9 year old loves this series
My daughter is 9. Despite being immensely grateful that she is a voracious reader, that also means she quickly reads one book after another and another, etc. This series has spawned a love for horses and after finishing a book in this series in an afternoon, she’s asking for the next one and is anxious to read the new one just as soon as she finishes another. My 5 year old reads above average and asked me to purchase these books she currently on book 9 after receiving them the beginning of December. Great book
First one purchased at Amish store, My granddaughter loves these book she is 8 years old. I would recommend for anyone who likes horses.

Great Series about Horses
Purchased for granddaughter who loves horses. She loved this series and learned a lot about the different breeds of horses. She now has her own horse and competes with him in gymkanas and jumping horse shows.

10-12 yr old girl fav!!!
Horse-crazy daughter loves these books. This one is currently her favourite because of a real horse named Luna, but also because she loves the story of the horse and girl with a special bond working together. Great series for any horse-crazy girl. Sneaking a bit of history into easy to digest chapter books for 9-12 age group.
