They don't say how much ingredients are on or in it but I'm guessing not very much because my girlfriend got even more depressed taking these tablets than not taking them she took Ash kahawa before and it worked wonders and I thought because this has Ash kahawa also it would be better cuz it has other ingredients but they're actually way worse than the original and I'm just going to go back and get some of the same brand I got before these are terrible
