Original NES System by Nintendo (Renewed)

This works great. Since it is a real original console, there is no joystick input delay. i tried 4 clone, single and multi cartridge system and all of them had wired joystick input delay. I don't know how anybody can put up with the delay. The light gun does not work unless you hook it up to a CRT tv. I would recommend this if you want to play games the way they were intended.

This is the first 'renewed' product I have purchased from Amazon and, unfortunately, it will be my last. This NES system does not work. As this was a gift for my grandson and he did not wish to 'hurt my feelings,' he didn't tell me the Nintendo doesn't work until after the 'Return by Date' had passed. I am very disappointed.

Does not work correctly on arrival but good cosmetically. Arrived with red blinking light of death. Opened console up and found dead fly which leads me to believe it was not thoroughly cleaned if at all. All 72 pins were bent and had to be fixed. The fact that a REFURBISHED NES console didn’t even have the pins fixed is a true lack of care on the seller’s part.

In conclusion, nes worked. It didn't work at first. But when I cleaned and put the game cartridges properly, it worked. If nes doesn't work, please try cleaning the game cartridges first. The controller is not genuine.

Worked great, a step back in time. I'm older and it is fun enjoying games that are not so complex.

For the first NES The game cartridge needed a lot of force to insert and remove,the spring that holds down the cartridge did not work,pixelated screen first time i tried a game,then a blinking power light typically indicates a problem with the 72-pin connector or the cartridge connection...yikes refunded and requested a replacement the replacement would display a white screen that would flash,while the power button blinked tested with 5 different games....REFUNDED
