If you're looking for a wedge for leg elevation that's high quality, firm but comfortable, suitable for larger people with heavier legs... this is for you I bought this 3 years ago and have used it almost every night since it arrived. I take it with me whenever I will be sleeping away from home... so, I've quite literally tested this wedge out for an extended period of time and it's been used and used. If you're a bigger person with heavier legs, you know the struggle with trying to find leg wedges that don't fall flat right away from the weight of your legs... if you know the struggle of needing both legs elevated to get the swelling down and having to consider buying 2 other wedges because both legs won't fit on just one...and the cringe that comes with knowing it'll cost a ton of money for those 2 wedges that just fall flat anyway... If you have those same struggles that I have, then this is going to be MIND-BLOWING for you... This wedge is super wide...I can put BOTH legs up on this and rest them very comfortably. This wedge is very high... and it's firm, but not hard like a rock at all. It's not like a memory foam type of situation... you can press your weight down on this and it will go down very little, and it immediately returns to its original form once you let up. It comes with a very very soft cover that zips on the side, so you never have to worry about rubbing against that. It's quite literally a larger person's dream... I love it, can't be without it and have a backup in my closet. I never expected it to stay just as good as the first day I used it 3 years ago... so when it eventually does need to get tossed, I have another one ready. I highly, highly, highly recommend you try this out... it's a life saver

My clients love this pillow when they come get facial services from me. I use it to relieve pressure from their hips are they lay down for longer periods of time. It is very firm. My mom came to visit at my suite and mentioned how she needed one for her tired feet after the long 12hr shift. Gifted her one and she uses it every night to elevate her tired feet! I assume this would be great for pregnant women too (would need someone to adjust from under) as it is bulky and heavy for a pregnant person with a belly on the way (trust me, I know…lol).

Opening the box, the pillow was vacuum packed but as soon as I cut open the bag, it immediately fluffed out and I was surprised at how firm and strong, yet soft it is. My friend who had foot surgery recommended this pillow for my own foot surgery. One of the reasons for the 4 stars is that lying with my foot on it, it wasn't comfortable enought on its own because of the way that it is elevated to support my knee. For me and the huge boot I had to wear, it was uncomfortable until I put a pillow on top of the elevation pillow to support my knee. After that, it was perfect. It helped immensely to releave the stress and swelling I had incurred after surgery. And since I had to sleep on my back as there was no way to lay sideways with my boot, I really thought it would was going to be a long three weeks (I'm a side/stomache sleeper). But the weeks flew by and I slept probably better than I had in a long time. Since I no longer need it for my foot, I have been using it as a pillow to elevate my head at night and I am able to sleep on my side and my stomache with it quite comfortably. I used to use 3-4 pillows for elevation but always wound up sinking down, or losing a pillow to the floor. Now I just use one pillow with the elevation pillow and it is so much more comfortable for me to sleep. And it is much more comfortable to use if I need to sit up for whatever reason, as well. Another slight negative, but not a deal breaker, is that it is not easy to carry up/downstairs. I would've liked some kind of handle or to have a bag with a handle to carry it up/downstairs.

Perfect to alleviate back and or hip pain I used this for positioning my leg after a total hip replacement surgery.It worked out perfect,Also use it when my back is hurting or completely out.Total lifesaver. Note: let it completely inflate fully before use,I let it inflate for 48hours before any kind of use..No off gassing either

This retired nurse learned a long time ago to elevate those legs! This foam pillow is perfect for tall folks and affords support from the buttocks to the ankles. It is heavy and firm, which you want for support. The washable cover is durable. Overall function is great since you can also use it for a wedge pillow . No malodorous odor from the foam.

Erst ist man skeptisch, wie sich das alles entfalten soll. Aber es kommt, wie versprochen. Nach 12-16 Stunden hat man ein wunderbares und weiches Kissen für die Beine. Und das ohne fiesen chemischen Geruch. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Comfortable, stationary, right elevation, with amazing results in the morning. Not to forget, do light walking exercises daily too.

Amazing, cushy, and firm but somehow super soft, pillow for leg elevation. I work at a desk all day, and by the end of the day, my legs are achey and swollen from sitting in the same position for so long. This pillow has resolved a lot of that at the end of the day. I pop I on my bed (or my sofa) and the elevation reduces the swelling almost immediately, when ch in turn eliminates the discomfort in my legs. It's quite high so your legs will be elevated high enough for imporoved circulation (at least close to heart level, depending how you're sitting) and it's long and wide enough to keep both legs elevated and fully supported. There is a perfect taper at the end so you won't notice a ridge under you, and if you want/need, you can slide the very start of the taper under your rear. The cushion comes condensed, but fluffs out fully really quickly. The memory foam is firm but also somehow feels marshmallow soft so if you suffer from sore heels, this should not aggravate them. I would recommend this pillow to anybody with leg, foot, or hip pain. It's already changed my evenings.
