I had a craving for Chicha morada for a long time, as I didnt have it for a while as my dad was the one always brewing it, when I saw it on Amazon I bought it, and it was pretty good, actually when its really cold it tastes like a home brew. Great product

Pure sugar and more sugar. There is some coloring but little taste other than sugar. Restaurants do this drink justice. This doesn't.

It was my turn to host the annual Mexican/Spanish Fiesta at my home. I was looking to do something unique. I googled Spanish drinks looking for a good sangria recipe & came across this. Then, I found it bottled on Amazon & thought I'd give it a try. I liked the reviews of the experienced drinkers. I agree with those who really likes it. It is unique, delicious & was a hit with my Sisters; though, I think that I liked it the most. It has a slight allspice flavor. It's actually addictive, I think. However, price per bottle will keep it a special treat for me. But I think I'll have to have more than once a year. But it definitely has a place in our annual fiesta!

My Peruvian family introduced me to this drink 30 years ago, and I was hoping this mass produced version was the same. It is not; it it is a bit “weaker” but not bad. It does have the flavor of clove and such, but it just seems watered down. The fact that it cost me $20 and took a month to show up wasn’t a bonus either. Other reviews stated it didn’t taste the same, but it seemed to be “close”…just would have been the same thing using water and the powder concentrate version. Disappointed.

Made with sugar cane instead of processed sugar. The first sip it’s a little heavy but I got used to it real fast. Better than juices made with concentrated sugar. Glad I bought this and I would recommend.

Two of the three bottles were dusty and smashed -- but the juice itself was contained and appeared fine.

Just like another similar product. They have no concern for diabetics or other drinking these so called healthy products for health. Ton of sugar in this stuff and never thought to use zero calorie sweeteners.
