Review: IT HITS HARD . Its not the high end best of the best. For what it is .its great . - Read it fully! Or don't bother at all There are 7 updates over the last 4 years Needed to add a sub to my small garage speaker set up Started at a 1 start review. 6 months later I'll gladly give it a 5 *Amp failed day 1. ON THE FIRST AND 2ED SUB But customer service was grate and they took care of it. Right away *update 2 Got a new amp. And this thing HITS. Much to my surprise, it hits and it hits clean and hard. For the price I'm not complaining. *NOTE* DO NOT TURN UP OVER 70% IT WILL CLIP AND YOUR GOING TO HAVE A BAD DAY. I'm running right around 65% of "MAX" AND ITS GRATE BE *SMART WITH YOUR SETTINGS AND DONT GO FULL POTATO .🥔 Your not going to shatter a windown but dam sure will rattle the neighbors windows The noise complaint came 10 min after I installed it... Will update as use continues! And monitor life of replacement Amp. ** 3erd update Been 4 months on replacement amp Still hitting hard. Did pick up a small rattle from the grill , and the amp mount. The screws came loose will most likely replacement all screws to insert retainers at some point, but just stepping up the screw size did the trick for now with a little wood glue added to threads *4TH UPDATE. 15-OCT-22 GOT THE 2ED SUB, AMP WAS DOA * WAITING ON REPLACEMENT AMP. 5th update, got replacement amp and hits good no issue 6th Update 15 June 23 Added a 3erd. And all still hitting strong . 7th update 20 Nov 24 All 3 of my original are still going strong I picked up the NEW* 18 and it out hits all 3 This is still a grate sub for a small system But I highly recommend looking at the new 18 CUSTOM SERVICES IS OUTSTANDING

**Q: The picture of this listing shows two speakers; does this come as a pair, or just a single speaker for the price listed with it?**
A: The price listed is for a single unit. The picture shows the front and back of the subwoofer.

**Q: Can this be used to power passive speakers?**
A: Yeah up to two but you need aux cable to have everything connected.  There are two ports to power up speakers its on #5 if you look at the specs.

**Q: Does anyone know what the ohm is on the 18" Subwoofer incase if I ever want to replace the subwoofer?**
A: It’s either 2 ohm or four, my guess is 2 ohm. If you want a subwoofer that will blow your socks off, go no further. I put this in my 20x15 man cave and it is so loud I barely go over 50 percent and I love bass. I’m not sure what you will use it for but if like me, your wife and neighbors will all just shake their head like why do you need an earthquake generator.

**Q: What brand speaker?**
A: Protek is the brand. These are good speaker and very powerful. I can only turn it a quarter of the way in my house when I am practicing and it still shakes the walls and pictures in my house. I recommend buy.

Rush buy this Sub It’s really good . I tested a pair with 2 top double 15’ jbl. I was shocked. It was explosive , I shook the ground . It was a large ceremony about 250 people . Guess just bought a third one I love how they sound. Just make sure you put both level at half .
