Works fast for files stored on a USB drive
Nice and fast for an iPhone on a stand. Great for files on a USB drive you don’t want to keep on your iPhone or you want to copy files.

These worked great!
A quick plug 'n play sent a backup of my 8 year old legacy Apple Intel iMac directly to my new Apple M3 iMac. The backup resided on an old priority cabled Seagate drive with a USB-A out. These cables flawless converted the USB-A to the USB-C port on the new iMac and the Migration Assistant effortlessly transferred all of my data and settings(including system ones) over from the former Catalina OS(10.15.7) to the new Sonoma OS(14.5) with very little effort from me. Some questions were asked and answered and when finished, the new iMac had all of my previous information including data, email, passwords, logins, and installed apps without having to re-install or re-log into any of the apps, including Microsoft 365. Plus the new iMac now returned to doing all of the things it was unable to do under the older Catalina OS like updating my Quicken and MicroSoft subscriptions and logging into several websites that quick working correctly under an outdated Safari(like the Chase Bank and Equitable site). And the kicker?? It is working at blazingingly fast speeds!! Thanks for the reasonable priced conversion cables that allowed me to make the transfer. Cables shipped the same day and I had them the next day. Great job.

Works ok but intermittently with MacBook connection to external hard drive
It works sometimes but then quits intermittently when I use it to connect my WD external hard drive to my MacBook Air.

Answer to A Problem. Works Well.
I have an HP laptop with a C USB port on the right hand side where I usually like to plug in my mouse. Found this on Amazon and am glad I ordered it. I am now able to use my mouse plugged into the right side.

I bought this 2-pack USB-C to USB-A adapter in 2022, and it has worked exactly as expected since then. My main use has been transferring files between USB flash drives and my phone. The adapter connects reliably and allows the phone to recognize the drive immediately, making it easy to move photos, videos and documents back and forth. Transfer speeds have been consistent with USB 3.0 devices, so large files do not take long to copy. Build quality is also solid. After regular use for more than two years, both adapters still work without any connection issues. Having two adapters in the pack is convenient as well.
