I buy this regularly because of the quality and content. If you take vitamin E, I believe this is one of the best that you can take. Good value as far as I'm concerned!

Mixed tocotrienals are just as important as mixed tocopherols because they both work to supply Vitamin E benefits.

To the person posting the negative review stating this is synthetic vit E, please do your research before posting and misleading people. Synthetic vit E is "DL- Alpha tocopherol", notice the "DL", not d‑alpha-tocopherol, as in this product. Also, it is recommended, in order to get the most benefit from vitamin E supplements, always look for mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols. A simple Google search will tell you this.

I read this was a better source of Vitamin E

I was shocked. I started on therapy doses and now take one a day. I cant believe the difference I noticed. Read up on Full Spectrum Tocotrienols Vitamin E. All of these years I was buying the wrong type of Vitamin E. I welcome the future healing.
