Perfect gooeyness and flavor
Delicious bakers chocolate, you could eat it as a snack too. Not too bitter not too sweet. Used it as ganache with some heavy cream. Easily melts with a little coconut oil and there’s a lot of it for many preparations.

Quality chocolate
Guittard is maybe my favorite baking chocolate. It’s a little pricey but the quality is obvious after using. It has a rich flavor and texture. Will buy again
