We have just purchased our 3rd time clock. They have each lasted 4 years in our dusty construction office. Our employees find the clock easy to use and I have had no problems with set up. I am hoping this third unit we irks as well and lasts as long as the previous 2 units!

My small company uses the HN3500 for a simple time and date stamp. The cards are then turned over to our payroll department to figure payroll so our needs are fairly basic. We used the time clock without incident for 6 months but then, for some unknown reason, it started to malfunction. At that point, I would have given it 1 star. However, I emailed the seller for a technical support number and received immediate response. Called the number and spoke with Mario who was extremely patient and walked me through the reprogramming of the entire system until we got the problem corrected. Now my time clock works like a charm again. I have determined that electronics are just electronics. They are only capable of putting out what is put into them so the most important part of any piece of equipment is the technical support that comes with it. For this reason, I am giving this time clock 5 stars because the technical support that came with it is definitely deserving. The time clock is not so bad either!

I bought this to replace an older one for our company that cost twice as much. This had great reviews and lives up to them! I got time cards, keys, a timecard holder, etc all in one! Red and black ink. Things that are AWESOME about this product: Plays music 5 minutes before closing Prints with red/black ink to show if late, etc You can add SO MANY settings for the red/black inc, etc! Easy of use; changes days automatically I have yet to use the download for payroll, but I'm sure that will save me a lot of time and hassle. You DO have to change the time slot for punching in/out and our employees clock out so many different times I can't really automate that. Does take some time to set up properly, but the directions were helpful and easy to read.

We've had three of these time clocks at our facility, they work fine. And they are reliable. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because one of the clocks, the one at our plant, actually stopped working after about 3 years. But, they have been working good since then. It has been like 7 years or more now. Only one observation, the clock does fall behind, so I have o adjust it about once a year, it gets behind about 2 minutes in one year. I also like that there are plenty of time cards supply. You can find them from multiple vendors.

We bought this machine because of the price we are a small office and we didn’t need anything too big or expensive, the Set up was very hard to do I had to go online and watch a couple of YouTube videos in order for me to set it up correctly, after a few months the machine started acting up changing the time on its own. I now have to reset the time weekly and it has gotten pretty annoying, I guess you get what you pay for. We are planning on replacing it very soon.

I ordered this for our family HVAC business and was so surprised with how quickly we were able to set this up. It took us no time at all to have everyone clocking in and out. I love that it comes with extra time cards as well. I will definitely be recommending this product.

I have used this clock for several months now and it works pretty well. I still struggle at times with the clock settings for switching from one row (punch in and out) to the next. In my business we don't have set lunch times, and sometimes we leave early for the day, this can cause a double punch if the time clock has not been moved to the next row. There is a manual override but you have to remember to push the button. They also offer the use of a website program to enter, track, and send employee hours. The program is nice but you have to manually enter all the times from the card... kind of a burden. It is also very finicky and can mess up the time card hours that you enter. It would be better if it synced some how. We only employ three people currently so entering is not too time consuming but if I had a large workforce we would not use this system.
