I wear size 16 - 18 and this fits great.

I purchased a size large and it weights exactly 3 lbs.

No there is not. There is only the outside belt tie. It is still a very nice feeling and warm robe.

Is there an Extra Small Size available?

I think it was one size fits all. I am 5'7 and 175 lbs.
