Excellent Product
My wife and I both took your pAGG Stack supplement for two months. We both agree that first and foremost, for us anyway, the pAGG stack really boosted our energy and we also noted how well we slept while on it. The additional benefit was certainly noticed in our weight loss. We have been on Tim's slow carb diet for 6 months now. I have personally lost nearly 50 pounds. I have kept up with a workout program which includes the use of kettlebells as Tim suggested and I am thankful I followed his insight. I think we have both reached a comfortable weight and so far, have been able to maintain it without too much effort. I see no reason why we can't remain on this plan as a normal course of business, so-to-speak. However, we do miss all the benefits of taking your pAGG stack and would like to be back on it but to be honest, for both of us to maintain its use was just too cost prohibitive. But that is not to say we weren't well aware of its benefits and knew of no adverse side effects. None whatsoever. We commend you on making a quality product that we have recommended highly to friends and family. It has been fun listening to all the voices of concern over our drastic weight loss. Folks naturally worry about illness but we are proud to say that these results have been all by design and we specifically note that we reached this level of good health thanks in great part to your pAGG stack. I think when we started the diet and workout and pAGG stack program, we had no idea or even expectations of what the results would be. We know now how wonderful the results have been and we have the clothes that no longer fit to prove it. A very pleasing bonus was the result of my physical which I scheduled for the six month milestone. I have never had such wonderful blood test results. Cholesterol and triglyceride levels were perfect as was my blood pressure. All these are clear indications of how great this regimen is for one's health.

Amazing Supplement!
A little over a year ago, my husband and I decided we needed to change our lifestyles. We were overweight and kidded each other about it as we enjoyed our evening treats. Like most people of our generation (we are in our early 60’s) we knew we had to make changes to optimize our future, but change is not always easy. My husband read the 4 Hour Body, by Timothy Ferriss and we decided to give his Slow Carb Diet a try. In the book he suggests incorporating a pAGG stack supplement. We were into the diet a month or so and decided to add your New Health Solutions pAGG supplement into our daily routine as it contained the exact combination of supplements and doses outlined by Mr. Ferriss. The diet was working and the weight was coming off, but the supplement was an incredible catapult. I am post menopausal and my symptoms were different than my husbands. I did not have the energy he did and dealt with interrupted sleep and of course, as all women know, we can’t lose the weight the way our husbands can. We used your pAGG supplement, per Tim’s directions, for two months. The wonderful result was I felt more energetic, I slept better and the stubborn weight that was so resistant, melted away. I went from 162 pounds to 120 pounds in a 6 month period. I have never felt better, but more importantly it is a chance to make the most of the years to come. I would encourage women in my age group to make the decision to get that weight off and take advantage of the terrific results we experienced after including the pAGG supplement into our regimen so the 70’s and 80’s will be the best they can be. My go-to supplement!
I've been using the PAGG Supplement for nearly a month now and combining it with other elements from Tim Ferriss's 4-Hour Body and Live It Not Diet. For the first time in my adult life I've found what WORKS FOR ME!! This product has been the missing link for me... and I love how I feel... I don't feel sick, anxious, jittery, and there's no after taste like I've experienced with other supplements on the market. Plus I know everything combines natural ingredients that actually make me healthier inside and out. In the last month I've lost a whopping 20 lbs without starving or struggling and I feel strong and healthy. 6% Body Fat is the Goal
As a former D1 athlete and a busy dad of four, I don’t have hours to spend at the gym. Usually it takes me three weeks of grinding before I see any physical changes. PAGG cut that time in half and I saw visible results in just one week. I am already back to a weight I haven't seen since my college days. Vegan, Easy, Good Price, Great Results
I am SO excited that there is finally a company putting the PAGG stack into a combined pill format in a VEGAN pill format! All the other options use gelatin capsules. After visiting a nutritionist and trying a number of things over the years, the 4 hour body (slow carb) regimen has been the only one to work consistently for me. Upon hitting a plateau recently & revisiting the supplements section of Tim’s book (at the time not using any of the supplements), I went searching for the PAGG stack on Amazon, quickly realizing it would be slightly complicated to get ALL the supplements - vegan versions - at the best price - and to be able to consistently get 1 month or 3 mos worth of all of them as they all came in different amounts. Finally I saw this vegan option, containing everything I needed, in an easy format for a great price. After about 10-12 days on these I have gotten past the plateau & lost 4 pounds. I really do believe these supplements are having an effect on my results, therefore, I will continue to use them.

Indespensible Weapon in The War Against Fat
I've been doing a freestyle blend of paleo/keto, intermittent fasting, resistance training, HIIT, and a touch of cardio with the primary goals of wearing down my belly and pec fat while building a permanently chiseled physique. I've lost about 20 lbs since I started this life-style. I don't really follow Tim's "slow carb" (from the 4-Hour Body) eating protocol exactly but I do generally avoid excessive simple carbohydrates and I do have "cheat days" like he prescribes in the book. I take pAGG "all day", CLA, and sometimes CoQ-10 (ubiquinol) before each meal, and I make damn sure I take them if I'm about to eat sugar and carbs. Sometimes I'll even take two if I'm having a big meal after fasting all day since technically you're supposed to take 3 a day (one with each meal). I have some in a pill case that I keep in my day bag so I'm always prepared with these in case I happen to go out to eat. I call these my "fat blockers" and I wouldn't be caught without them! It's hard to isolate the effects of the pAGG stack on its own but I will say that there are times when I am slacking (not getting to the gym 3-5 days/week and/or eating a lot of junk) where it seems they minimally keep me from gaining weight back during those times. Obliviously you need to do more than take a pill in order to reach your fitness goals but these things are a great tool for when you need to "live a little" or when you're ready to train hard for a few weeks and want that extra edge to maximize your your weight-loss results. They are a little expensive but I'd say they're worth it if you're committing to a life of fitness and could use a little extra help in making that a reality. I look at it like having insurance on your weight-loss plan: if something goes wrong or you stray from you path, you've got back-up. Life happens! In my experience, losing weight can be a difficult and drawn-out process so personally I need to attack that fat from every angle available in order to hang in there and keep making progress. Grab a pack and get on track - you'll be glad you've got these bad boys on your team!!

I think they help.
This is not a diet pill. If you're not following Tim Ferriss' Four-Hour Body book, read it first before starting these pills to see if it's right for you. You need to understand why you are taking these. I lost 50 lbs on a low-carb diet, but hit a valley and couldn't lose any more. I was able to maintain that wait for about a year through moderate low-carbing, but then I went back to my normal eating habits. I have since gained about 15 lbs back. I tried a couple of other diets, but was not impressed. (Dr. Johnson's Alternate-Day Diet? Lost nothing but gained a strong and annoying ability to notice even mild increases in blood sugar). For me, the low-carb way of eating is the easiest to stick with. I picked up Tim's book on Kindle about a month ago to understand his ideas and research. I'm only 2 weeks into it, but have lost a little more than 10 lbs. I assume the pills are helping, but I can't offer any proof that they are or are not. BTW, the night-time pills don't have the green-tea extract, and as such, have a very strong garlic taste. Pop them in and swallow quickly. The price seems high, but you're paying for convenience. There are other brands that are much more expensive, but this one seems to be okay.

PAGG stack-- it works!
I heard about the PAGG supplement stack after doing some reading about the 4-Hour Body (Tim Ferris) and the slow carb diet. I decided to try a month's supply of PAGG stack and I'm so glad I did. I've been taking the "day" PAGG pill 2-3 times a day, before every meal and the "night" PAGG pill right before bed. I usually opt for six days on, one day off, to allow for a reset. The pills have definitely increased my fat burning. I've tried the slow carb diet in the past but have never coupled it with the PAGG stack-- this is definitely the way to go. Even roughly two weeks into taking the stack, I had already dropped about a pants size or two. One thing to note is that PAGG stack should be coupled with a slow carb diet, regular exercise and water intake. You can't just carry on your normal lifestyle, take PAGG and expect things to change. It's not a miracle pill, but it definitely does help to speed up your fat burning when you're slashing your carbs on slow carb. It's affordable, too. At $30 for a month's supply, you're talking a dollar a day to boost your fat burning. Plus, if you opt to take a day off each week, your dosage will extend even longer. The pills are easy to swallow and have no real side effects. Though, you should definitely always take with food. I take my day pills 5-15 minutes before I know I'm about to eat. I take my night pill with a small glass of water 20-30 minutes before I fall asleep. The PAGG stack is great! I can feel the difference it's making for me and I encourage you to try it, too.
