Review: Good product - The label is of questionable quality, but the product is good. I use the thymol to make thymolized syrup for my bees, and it worked perfectly.
Review: Very nice. - I use to mix up 2-4% thymol in ethanol for fungal nail infections. This is enough to make a LOT of bottles. Price for this including the dropper bottles is so low I give them away to patients (instead of them purchasing premade for ~$30/bottle). Very nice.

**Q: what is in the free bag?**
A: It is also thymol

**Q: How does this compared to the thymol d bontanical disinfectant?  how do i mix the crystals into solution?**
A: I use thymol to restrict mold growth in interior spaces.  I put the crystals in a glass dish in a couple of corners and allow to slowly off-gas.

**Q: Would this be considered food grade?**
A: Legally is this "food grade"?  I am not sure.  However, I have inhaled it when I felt it would be useful.  It is an ancient medicine and I believe that the crystalline product is pure enough in small quantities.  As with all chemicals, one has to be careful about quantity.  The difference between a medicine and a poison is the dose.  Thymol, regardless of purity, is a poison at high doses.
