Purchased a second mat to give him double the area to train on (velcro edges for this). The mat is super lightweight so easy for me to fold and carry when he fancies training in the garden etc but it's dense enough that take downs are a safe, comfortable land (tried and tested when he shows me his moves 😂). **Q: How do I contact the vendor to figure out where my order is? Terrible communication going on here.**
A: In the same boat. I ordered mines over a month ago. It was supposed to arrive end of April, payment was deducted, and it said it would be deliver on specific date but then it said there was a delay. I tried to cancel, but it said that it was already in the process of being shipped. New update said it was supposed to arrive between 5/11-5/13. I got excited when I received a UPS tracking confirmation to arrive on 5/13. But every time I checked tracking it basically said that the label was created and that UPS is basically waiting for the product so they can ship it. The update I got was that it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm today, 5/14. Nothing arrived, UPS still says its waiting for the item. Now it says it should arrive by this wknd. But I have a feeling it won't.  Have no idea what's going on here. Smh

**Q: I did get a small puncture in the mat. What should I put on it to avoid a larger hole?**
A: Patch it with tent patch. It will stay there long enough for your child to outgrow it.

**Q: I want to exercise on my bed but it is too soft.  Will this work to make a durable exercise surface?**
A: This will work great! We use it for jiu jitsu classes via zoom

**Q: Is there a Prop 65 or cancer warning on this May?**
A: Not that I am aware of

Bought 6 of these mats the end of august. We started using them once a week since the middle of September and there is a tear in it already. We were initially very happy with the quality but we are now disappointed with the durability of these mats especially since it’s advertised as durable mats. It’s a month later and it’s already torn
